What method is used for shipping?

All packages to FRANCE, EUROPE and INTERNATIONAL are shipped via La Poste, the French national postal service. 

When will my order be shipped once it is placed?

Your order will be shipped within 2 to 20 business days after you place your order - specific details are mentioned on each product description, please refer to this information. After that, standard delivery time within France is 1-5 business days and 2-10 business days for international orders.

Can I change my order once it is place?

No, once your order is place it is final. 

What countries are eligible for AFTERPAY?

Canada, the US, New Zealand, Australia, the UK and all EU countries customers are eligible to shop using AFTERPAY. 

I am an international customer outside of France, do I have to pay customs and taxes?

All packages to EUROPE and INTERNATIONAL are shipped via La Poste. Items shipped outside of France may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by MUKADI.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from La Poste to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited France. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. We do not currently accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please note, MUKADI reserves the right to refuse all returns, exchanges and refunds.
