GENERAL SHIPPING

- FRANCE :
Domestic orders within France are 10€00 shipping (15 CAD$). We ship orders with La Poste the french national postal service. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email with relevant tracking information. Domestic purchases arrive within 1-5 business days once dispatched.

All packages are shipped via La Poste within 2 to 20 days after you place your order - specific details are mentioned on each product description, please refer to this information.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES AND DUTY

- EUROPE (EU) :
International shipments to EUROPE are 15€00 (22 CAD$). Items will be shipped via La Poste unless otherwise clarified. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email with relevant tracking information. Europe purchases arrive within 2-10 business days once dispatched. 

All packages are shipped via La Poste within 2 to 20 days after you place your order - specific details are mentioned on each product description, please refer to this information. Items shipped outside of France may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by MUKADI.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from La Poste to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited France. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

International shipments (outside of France & Europe) are 20€00 (30 CAD$). Items will be shipped via La Poste unless otherwise clarified. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email with relevant tracking information. International purchases arrive within 8-10 business days once dispatched.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please note, MUKADI reserves the right to refuse all returns, exchanges and refunds.
